Keeping track our weight every day

We have two weight scales in our home. One of these is placed in the bathroom and the other one is in the kitchen. We’ve decided to put these scales in these portion of the house so that we can easily monitor our weight and health. When we can see that our weight will increase, it’s then, that we need to limit our food intake so that we can maintain our good health. We are the people who believe that health is wealth so might as well keep track with our weight by using weight scales every day!
