Long term plan
Having properties is one of the securities in life. These things are one of the priceless positions that values might be higher in the future. Just like owning a piece of lot with a house on it. As for me, I love to live in a mobile home. In fact that’s what my family is having presently except that the lot is for rent. On the other hand, if given the chance to own another home, I would prefer that I will buy any of the mobile home for sale because this is a nice home to have. But I need to have it in a piece of lot that my family can call our own. Besides owning a lot is like owning gold because I know that the price of this property will always go higher each year. Anyway, this will be a long term plan of my family and that is to own a property that we can call our own.
